At The Space Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our mission control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
